• Riders/Couriers: Payments are made according to completed deliveries and
displayed ads, as specified in the app or agreement.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension and/or additional
charges as permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from or related to your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
